With over 40 years of real estate experience exclusive to the Westside of Los Angeles, Drew Mandile has sold or been involved in more than 2,000 residential transactions. As a young man, Drew began in Beverly Hills at a boutique agency. Drew’s sales included being involved in the 24-home Baywood Estates Development in Glenridge. He then opened his own real estate firm and design center on Camden Drive with 35 associate agents and later sold the firm to a large regional company.

In his 19 years with Sotheby’s International Realty, Drew joined with Brooke Knapp to create a prestigious team involved in social, community and civic affairs. Their performance to date includes the development of a 72-acre parcel into 12 mansions in the guard gated community of Beverly Ridge Estates off Coldwater Canyon; the sale of the largest privately owned parcel in Bel Air, over 260 acres in Moraga Canyon, presently on the market for 125 million, the assemblage of four parcels on North Carolwood Drive, presently the beautiful French-style chateau of Fleur de Lys, which is the highest sale in Los Angeles; and the self-sale of 10 acres on South Carolwood Drive combined into one grand estate, Owlwood, now available for $150 million.

A member of the Board of Realtors, Drew has been a member of its ethics and arbitration committees and is also a member of the Beverly Hills Rotary Club. Drew and Brooke are the 2009 recipients of the Maple Counseling Center’s Crystal Award for Community Excellence, the Community Service Award from the L.A. Business Journal, The B.H. Courier Reader’s Choice Award as Best Real Estate Agent Top Five 2009, and commendations from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger as well as U.S. Senators Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein. Drew’s designations include Transnational Referral Certification and Certified International Property Specialist. Drew is married 32 years and has two sons.
